There is going to be a charity wine tasting this weekend which will benefit the local Arts Council. We were asked to donate a fascinator for the silent auction. We thought it would be fun to incorporate a wine cork into the design. We started with purple satin and added burgundy and teal feathers and some purple tulle and added the cork and some sparkle and Voila!

A Drinking Hat.... a Wine Drinking Hat, that is!
